Touchpoint sequences let you define a series of timed messages that fire automatically during a guest's stay. Think of them as programmable hospitality — a welcome message when they arrive, a mid-stay check-in, and a feedback request after checkout.
How It Works
Each touchpoint template defines a message, a timing offset (relative to check-in or checkout), and an optional handoff trigger. When a reservation is confirmed, the system plans the full sequence and schedules each message for delivery.
Built-In Templates
We ship default templates for each vertical — sports complexes, wellness centers, and rentals. You can customize the messages, timing, and channels from the dashboard under Settings → Touchpoints.
Channel Cascade
Messages are delivered through the guest's preferred channel first. If delivery fails, the system cascades to the next available channel — Messenger → WhatsApp → SMS → email.
